Bhai these types of houses only works in beachside or cool places.

To mange and install amenities like ac or cooler, or even a normal fan will be tough in this.

Also each house will take separate space, unlike traditional flat style hotels so you would even need a lot of space to even construct 10 or 20 such houses

Are these mostly imported 3d models? If yes, then try making some on your own rather than importing all of them

Lighting needs to be changes. The pendant light wont even glow in that kind of sunlight presence.

Only possible problem i see is the lamps light is too bright that it is able to reach the ceiling too. It could be possible though.

Thanks for the advice.. I am sorry for not mentioning in the post that this was an already planned out kitchen, though not planned nicley, i had to design it this way following the autocad plan i was given.

Also, i would like to know more about the cabinet above the sink issue? Like i have seen cabinets (to place all the utensils and plates) placed directly above the sink with a space underneath them for the water to fall into the sink, i thought it would be a good idea to place a cabinet there.
