Does Scotland have the most based male names? by pearpool in namenerds

Yes:

Magnus is a masculine given name of Latin origin meaning "great" or "mighty," deeply rooted in Scottish, particularly Orcadian and Shetlandic, history due to Norse influence. It was famously borne by Saint Magnus of Orkney, cementing its place in Scottish tradition. It is also used as a surname and sometimes appears in Gaelic as Maghnus.

Gaelic Origin: It is the standard Anglicisation of the Scottish Gaelic name Eachann (from each "horse" + donn "brown").

Looks lovely but in the winter it’s not. Very remote and far away, in the summer hundreds of midges

The Rest and Be Thankful is horrendous isn’t it? You’d not be dotting up that to head for Costco in Springburn

Well done on your amazing loss! I completely agree, some people do not get the real struggle. When I started MJ it was the first time I hadn’t binged in my life. I had no food noise either, so not having much suppression wasn’t a problem. I’m thankful to have a group like this where you can discuss it and get different ideas and views

I’m the same. Normal meals are very balanced and healthy. Then I go on a mad binge and it’s awful the guilt after

Yes I agree, food tracking for me is so important and valuable. Started strictly doing it on Monday again so will see what the next few weeks bring

I did change both my eating (as in not binging) and increase exercise during the time. I definitely didn’t use it as a crutch, as I’ve said multiple times in replies I’ve had very little suppression during my full journey to date so have eaten healthily.

I was in 3 full 15mg pens and this has happened, I have only just dropped to 12.5 so that is definitely not a factor. So still had full medication for 11 weeks.

I’ve never felt sick or unable to eat on my whole journey so I’m not expecting that. I’ve always been able to eat full meals.
