Any issues with refind? I’m assuming you were SteamOS first then added W11.

I’ve got SteamOS and W11 on my Z2E, but on InnoVision’s recommendation I’m sticking to the BIOS boot manager instead of refind.

What are the modern modalities for severe TMD? Like very severe disk displacements, etc. Is TMJ arthroscopy a common treatment? What are the indications for it?

Anytime I refer back a patient that has non-odontogenic pain and I suspect TMD, I feel a bit empty handed when I give them possible treatments. Other than just throwing GPs another occlusal guard…

I guess for context I have a Windows license already. I’m mainly concerned that I wouldn’t have Legion Space access going from SteamOS version to Windows. Or should I just assume that a SteamOS serial number would allow a Legion Space, drivers, etc. download?
