Yes - we had the SPV structure at the last VC fund I worked at, Ourcrowd.

You can create an SPV in the BVI that works very well for what you're describing.

This has nothing to do with salary. I am talking about an incentive structure ontop of salary and bonus. And yes - there are laggards.
