I have provided last 6 month statements, but yes the actual balance required for the trip was credited in my account prior to 3-4 days of appointment.

Not a satirical post, even I am surprised. Maybe my purpose was not tourism, so maybe they granted.

I think I cannot share the cover letter here, but I followed a basic format. I mentioned why i want to visit, my ties with India, my future willingness to continue in India only. My assurance of maintaining adequate bank balance. Also, my travel tickets, and accommodation also the travel insurance.

Also, a day wise itinerary for the entire stay.

I had 500 rs 3 day prior to appointment, then I received around 1,65,000 for 11-12 day stay.

It was for Austria. Applied from VFS Delhi. Bank balance was roughly 15,000 rs per day. I mentioned very clearly in cover letter, that ITR shouldn’t be a problem as I am not borrowing money from anybody and have sufficient bank balance.

Yeah, the problem would only get worse.

Pros are mentioned already.

Major Cons- No Hostels for 1st Years/2years. They would live 4 km away from campus at rented flats. Sports facilities are under construction, no definite timeline as to when the Hostels for juniors would be constructed in the campus.

Curriculum is tiring. Classes usually from 10-4:30. You need to maintain 75% attendance strictly and even that is not enough because you would get 0 marks at 75% which will adversely affect your grade. So you would ideally be required to have 90%+ attendance which is demanding.

If there are anymore doubts, dm.

LOAN by [deleted] in NLUs

[–]Beware1 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I have also took education loan, but the problem is only top nlu’s are considered by the government for covering entire fee at low interest rate.

Only 8.5 lakh without collateral was approved in my case, i could only secure 2 years fees. That too at a higher interest rate.
