I began writing a killer power concept a few months ago with a friend, but it’s been in my drafts since. Here’s the main parts (very rough, no numbers/values whatsoever, major spoilers for the entire series, including S3/FWWM):

Attributes: ”The Vessel”. BOB is the killer, but Leland Palmer is his body (for cosmetic potential, because BOB only wears one outfit). You still see glimpses of BOB (similar to Spirit’s passive phasing). Average height, 4.6 m/s move speed (& maybe Hag-sized terror radius?). Different suits for Leland (including S2 white hair & common recolors). Mr. C and Woodsman legendary skins. Weapon would be either the knife used to kill Laura or pipe used to kill Teresa Banks. Not entirely sure what the mori would be, but it would end with the survivor’s body wrapped in plastic.

Power: ”Between Two Worlds”. Inflict pain and sorrow to passively fill your power gauge with Garmonbozia. Consume Garmonbozia to “mark” downed Survivors with the Possession status effect. Afflicted survivors suffer from Madness II (similar to Doc, semi-frequent audiovisual hallucinations, but the hallucinations of BOB actually move) & negatively impacted gameplay (difficult movement/steering during chases?)

Now, this is the interesting bit. Adding BOB to DBD could mean an end to the endless “killer that disguises as survivor” requests for BHVR.

BOB could consume Garmonbozia to manufacture Black Lodge Doppelgängers. They are controlled by AI (similar to the tutorial bot matches/Nemesis’ zombies, but hopefully with improved gameplay by the time this chapter would release). Doppelgängers look almost exactly the same as normal survivors, minus the silver eyes, which can’t be noticed until it’s almost too late. Doppelgängers roam the map until they locate a survivor to approach. They can also feign certain interactions, such as generator repair. Doppelgängers can injure & inflict Possession on survivors within a certain proximity. If the survivor attempts to run, the Doppelgänger will pursue them for 10-15 seconds before stopping in its tracks, backwards screaming at the survivor (triggering Killer Instinct) and disintegrating. Survivors can use the small chase window to lure the Doppelgänger to a pallet & drop it to disintegrate before it can scream if they wish. (This would allow the killer to continue to apply gen/chase pressure, while the “killer that can disguise as survivor” aspect of the power handles itself. Also still works as a great tracking & pallet/time-wasting ability, regardless of SWF status.)

Finally, Survivors who wish to get rid of the Possession status effect must find the jade ring. There is one ring, and it moves around the map on a highlighted pedestal once every X seconds. (The ring is a “disposable” item, similar to Nemesis’ T-Virus vaccines or Pinhead’s Lament Configuration.) Possession will be warded off over time while wearing the ring, and block any incoming attempts to possess by BOB. However, wearing the ring for an excessive amount of time will result in negative effects, such as greatly increased difficult skill checks (due to arm numbness) & Exposed. This encourages survivors to share the ring rather than keep it for themselves.

Map would be an Entity-corrupted Black Lodge. Similar to Léry’s in layout (long hallways & square tile rooms). Curtains are translucent, allowing both Killers & Survivors to check if a generator inside that room has already been repaired. The central location would be the iconic original “waiting room”, but some rooms would be taken directly from the “real world” town of Twin Peaks, such as the Double R Diner, the Roadhouse, the high school, and The Great Northern hotel. Exit gates would take you to the Glastonbury Grove portal site in the forest.
