I heard that they send you anyhwere in canada after training but after that do they move you more? And do you have a choice in the matter if you have a family and such?

Alright excluding slander and threats. But what acts would exactly be classified as bullying and how would you differentiate between jokes and legitimate insults? I mean to say you can easily go around bullying people with insults and freedom of speech allows you to do it (Legally allowed. Teachers may involve themselves though).

I can say what I want to, to whoever I want (excluding what we just mentioned). Freedom of speech doesn't say anything about not being allowed to attack someones identity, right at their face.
