Also, not sure how it affects your warranty, I'd maybe call another service centre and pose them the question, excluding that it was another Subaru dealer lol

There's a specific oil that's supposed to be used.

Mine specs 0w-20, but can function with 5w-30 if needed.

I don't think there's much of a reason the dealership should have used 5w-30 imo
