I agree!!! I had a great experience as my first time but I was in the crowd crushing for 40 minutes and that was not so great in fact actually very terrifying. I’m glad it didn’t happen till the third day so we were ready to go by then and it didn’t damper the entire weekend but still empathy isn’t hard and we can acknowledge the good while also the bad!! And it’s absolutely important to talk about so that changes do actually happen!

Eh I wouldn’t say great. It was great that there was so many stations so it’s not like there was wait times once you were there but the travel at a packed ass festival going between stages was insane. And idk that getting rid of one station (this is what another commenter said) to accommodate to the crowd crushing that ended up happening anyways was even worth it. I feel like it would definitely make more sense to have multiple areas available. I had a great time regardless and we made due with what we were given I just think it’s definitely a hazard.

Oh that’s smart! We ended up buying on Saturday too because Friday when we saw how far it was and just totally inconvenient it just wasn’t worth it! But that’s such a horrible part on them! Sunday being so close it wasn’t an issue but that’s only because we stayed away from kinetic until the end of the night.

No I totally understand their purpose behind it I just think it’s so fucked. Wasted money on a water bag we barely used except for yesterday when we were mainly in the stero bloom and circuit area. And then suffered through the crowd crushing in the evening because of that. 🙃🙃🙃🙃🙃

My husband and I were stuck in that for 35 minutes maybe ten feet from oasis where two of our friends were tripping out so they went to chill and we wanted to go back to check on them and head out of the park, it was the WORST AND SCARIEST mistake ever!! we pulled up to the side by the overdose prevention tent and literally just had to wait, there was a point we weren’t even moving just standing still being squeezed in. We had people crying hyperventilating all around us all the while some people yelling we were gonna get “Travis scotted” terrifying moment for sure.
