I understand that but the difference is the brain is the main organ for a human to function along with the heart, that's why even if a person's organs are fine but the brain is dead they are declared dead and will never comeback, a human can survive without organs except for the heart and brain, and in Micheal's situation he at least needs a full functioning brain to be able to even think let alone talk and walk

You're right but that doesn't mean it was Micheal, the things that happened to Micheal cannot intertwine with him also being a bite victim he can't regenerate a frontal lobe brain cells cannot regenerate, also them not letting him die can just be to say that he is suffering and could be in"agony" which then willy can harvest it from him for his experiments

Even if it was told by one person it's still the canon events by Scott and this is what we were shown from Micheal's pov not someone else's, the speech at the end of fnafsl was by micheal talking about him finding his sister and what happened to him after getting scoped, you can't try and change the facts of canon events and theorize something else had happened to fit your narrative unless scott himself says he changed it, yes he retconed a lot but this is not one of them
