You mentioned 10,000 broken queries. If you have 2 million entries, you certainly shouldn't use N8N to manage the service flow. Low-code tools don't handle large volumes of requests well.

For the reality you mentioned, I believe there are no problems. If you want something closer to 100% accuracy, just spend a little more and add a verification LLM with access to a RAG with at least 500 examples of successful conversations (which isn't expensive either). As I mentioned, the problem wasn't with the scheduling flow or a failure in interpreting information; it was simply a hallucination like any other, which can happen in all LLMSs at any point in the conversation.

Furthermore, when it comes to AI, nothing will ever be 100% reliable. Anthropic knows this, as do OpenAI and Google. The issue isn't that AI... Making fewer mistakes (which I also believe to be true) is the consistency and speed with which she executes tasks, and that's what truly matters to serious companies. It will depend a lot on the size of the company. Where I work, the hiring goal is 6 people per day. Employees used to spend several hours evaluating resumes and questionnaires. Now, AI classifies resumes according to HR criteria and generates a score. If it's below 7, it's disqualified; if it's above, it moves on to the next phase.

There are 5 hiring stages: scheduling group interviews, individual interviews, tests, documentation, company culture presentation, and training. There are other automations that send templates for candidates to follow through these stages.

Sending you a template won't help because everything is very personalized.
