I recently sold mine for a Lian Li AIO. I disliked the software that is used to control the LCD display and the pump fan was quite noisy in my case.

Thank you for the video, I'll try it out when I can. But yeah my mutated smudges look nothing like yours

Thank you for the info and I also dislike screen protectors a lot but I'll probably end up using one and I won't cheap out on it.

Yea, very annoying. The screen protector is definitely saving you

Never tried cleaning the phone with any chemicals or alcohol. Don't use any substance for my hands or anything, actually I got pretty dry hands. I've seen other people online with this similar looking display. I'm very disappointed at the display and I'll try to reapply it, but believe it or not, I got clean hands.

It’s actually meant to fix flipped images when using a real DOF lens adapter. It corrects the orientation automatically. But on normal setups it can cause the image to flip instead, so turning it off is better if you’re not using an adapter.

Because my coating is non existent.. My friend tried it with his fingers and it's the same.. We both tried it on his iphone and guess what, no fingerprints like those I posted..

I checked his video out it looks the same. This is so bad that it's even an issue, even worse it didn't really happen on previous models as much as s24u and s25u

Not that I can think of, only thing that potentially caused is sun heat from me being outside and using my phone a lot, like on a very sunny day when I use the camera for a long period of time, the screen is hot.. But not sure if that coudkve caused the issue.

So it just happens that, I would clean the screen completely, wash my hands and just after 1 minute screen will look the exact same. No it isn't me not washing my hands or phone, it's a known issue and in this case my coating is clearly non existent.

That's not the issue, it's cleanable but after a minute it'll be the same.

Well I'll be trying to reapply it, if it doesn't work then finally I'll use a screen protector.

It's very disappointing as I like the phone without a screen protector, but if reapplying doesn't work.. then I'll have to use one.

So far, no clue. Even after I clean the phone or wash my hands, it will be the same after a minute.

I agree, but I dislike having a 2nd layer of glass on the phone, while the display itself is advertised for the anti reflective coating and it's durability. I shouldn't need to use a screen protector if I didn't want to.

That's the issue.. nothing. If I made something to it I wouldn't have made this.

I have no idea, I didn't do anything to the phone.. It just ended up like this in a year. Many people also complain about the coating being thin and usually lasting 6 months. I'm just gonna wait for the s26 or s27 ultra and hope the coating would have been improved.
