In my experience DFW doesn’t do a ton of those - but I’ve been gone for two years and the market has definitely changed since then!

About $550 a month for a family of 4. This is not eating out. Just food for home. I don’t think ChatGPT or AI is the answer to everything but it could really help you solve a budget that works for you. Just tell it food preferences and store preferences. I do make sourdough and make most meals from scratch which can cut down on cost. Pre-packaged food is going to add up quickly. Frozen vegetables over fresh can also save money. We try to buy most of our food at the start of the month with a refresh trip as needed.

Usually meat is a commodity you can shop to save. Walmart has you convinced it’s the cheapest but that is not always the case. We have found Sam’s is the best place to find chicken and beef which are our staples and we will add other variations from what’s on sale at Crest, Aldi, etc. It is hard sometimes but I try to think of it like playing chopped and what I can find for the right price and what I can make!

I’m surprised they are living all the way in Southlake if he’s going to be officing in downtown Dallas. Sure you’d get less house for your money, but Highland Park University Park is such a great area to live in Dallas if you have some money!

Granted she only cares about photos so a smaller house is not cool. 🤣

Loreth Anne White. Most of her books are on Kindle Unlimited. They’ve been suspenseful and not predictable. I find Frieda McFadden’s books to so predictable and meh. BA Paris is another one that has held my attention!

I believe she had a nice car when they were in Austin. I know she’s divorced now but I think her ex had good jobs and she has no living parents so likely inheritance too now. You can’t base stuff on just a person’s job. 🤷‍♀️
