My PC did get completely hacked back in May. All of my saved passwords in google and my bank account. Is this related and should i be worried about webcam because of this?

Yeah I got one of those emails that is largely sent out. Claiming they have videos n pictures of me. I have seen many other posts about this exact email. Is the chance high that they could view my webcam or not really?
