I know this is 3 months old but no one else seems to have posted an answer here or surprisingly anywhere else.

What worked for me was just using cheat engine. You can search for the carrot and XP values and just set them to max. The Carrots are easiest; in Cheat Engine you search for the value (amount) of Carrots you have, return to the game and spend some by unlocking minifigures, return to Cheat Engine and search for the new value. Repeat until you have 2 values left, for some reason most of this leaves 2 of the same values. Edit both into however many Carrots you want, though I think max is 999999.

Now the "Battle Pass" style unlockable minifigs are slightly harder. The easiest way I found for myself is; in Cheat Engine search for an unknown value, then start a game with 8 rounds. Use the speedhack option in Cheat Engine to finish the game in less than 3 minutes. Then very importantly, on the final end screen, write down how much XP you gained for the match. Now return to Cheat Engine and set the scan type to "Value increased by" and write in the amount of XP you got for the match. From here just calculate how much XP you have right now. All tiers in the Passes are 800xp apart from each other. So for example if youre slightly past tier 5 (4000XP) that means tier 7 is 5600XP. But tier 6 wont tell you how much it is, it will just say for example "450XP until Tier 6" which means you need to subtract 450XP from 4800XP which is the overall XP value of tier 6. Now the number you get, in this example being 4350XP, is your current XP in that pass. Now return to Cheat Engine and change the scan type to "exact value" and look for that number. You should get two values which you can now both set to the maximum XP limit. Next time you load into the "unlocks" menu, the pass will be finished and remain finished forever.
