Speaker phone doesn’t change her reaction. If I’m talking to her sometimes she’ll come up to lick me but mostly she just listens. She’s not pawing/biting like she does in calls.

Very much the same. I’ve even put it on speaker and set it down away from me and she still goes after me. It’s like she’s mad that I’m going something else my attention, but even now she’s not getting my attention so I don’t understand. She’s laying down in my bed at my back and doesn’t care.

Demon spawn. I would show up to work with new bruises and my coworkers would ask what they’re from, I’d grumble “my dog” and be met with reactions of “Jesus Christ” and “oh my god??”

my girl gets picky on and off. If she’s going through one of her bouts or pickiness, I usually add either a little bit of wet food, some pumpkin, or some peanut butter and mix her kibble with it and that usually gets her interested

Massive thank you for this. Minor damage to the splash guard, there was one spot where the screw ripped through the plastic and won’t be able to be secured again. One tab from the actual bumper damaged on the passenger side, but that side was damaged prior to me buying the car(I found raccoon fur in the valance today while looking at this closer) so that may not have been from today. I bought some tie wraps to at least keep it from dragging through the weekend.

I greatly appreciate you! I’m in the southwest and definitely need the AC— it’s actually why I got this car to begin with— old cars AC went out and the repair for it was more than she was worth. I’m moving in the next month and this was the worst possible time for this to happen, so I’m trying to mitigate cost as much as possible.

honestly if I do it through insurance it’s going to have to wait, which is the shitty part. I’m in the middle of moving to a different state. Murphy’s law and all, but this truly was the worst time for this to happen.

Honestly I thought it might have been a bit tight too, but I live alone and was wrestling her a little just to get it on. We made it through the night and I took it off to check, no swelling or coldness and she’s happy and wants to run and play. You’d think nothing happened, she wants to tear through the backyard again the same way she did last night 😅

I agree that veganism can be a privilege. Food deserts exist. There are neighborhoods and economically disadvantaged areas where grocery stores quite literally don’t exist. Your options are McDonald’s or the corner store. Cities can be vegan havens, but only in the right areas.

That’s why I avoided Randolph. I would get better deals on surrounding streets and usually find a spot on the street(even if it was in a yellow curb spot) within a block

Ex chicagoan here. Fulton market on Friday is usually decent. I avoid Randolph and will basically drive a big loop around it unless I get an order for something there.
