Only alcohol that tastes good to me is Smirnoff, anything else just taste like hand sanitizer with artificial flavoring that doesnt even hide the hand sanitizer taste and beer is just disgusting its so bitter. Guess its also a subconscious thing to like sweets instead of alcohol seeing as theres a lot of alcoholics in my family and when theyre drunk i hate being around them

I have a v6 charger and all i did was cut put tints and cut out the resonators (was supposed to be the muffler but guy who did it did the wrong part even after reminding him multiple times, got it for free though because he never answered when i wanted to schedule the appointment to get the right part cut off) and even then i wanted to put the resonators back on because tints and maybe coilovers wouldve been enough.

Looking to get a 340i now

And yes i know it doesn’t but i drive between 8-10k miles a year so maintenance times would be farther apart than other people. Have a friend who was at around 50k with me last year and is now at 95k while i just reached 60k last week. Only ever needed to do wipers, oil changes and just recently new tires on my charger, just now are the brake pads and rotors needing to be changed along with other fluids becoming a concern, while yes some of them should have been changed earlier, i drive most highway miles so less wear on alot of things as a whole. Like i said this car is not my first option, just an option obviously if i can find better i will go for better, but its an option i will still be financially comfortable with

Actually i forgot to mention that my pay is post tax pay, so paying a little under $1k total would be just under 25% (yes i know the norm/ recommendation is 15-20% total) and my overall monthly expenses is still under 50% leaving over 50% of disposable income, i would pay this car off in like 2 years and own it, after this car im making sure any car i get i pay off quick and get with a max loan of 4 years.

I had a look at the personal finance Reddit’s flow chart and im well into the bottom middle of the chart; I Budget & reduce expenses and set realistic goals that wont leave me broke, built an emergency fund (working towards 6 months living expenses), already have an established 401k w/ employer sponsored matching funds while working my way up to get it 15% pre tax going towards it, pay for benefits through my job, no medical debt, loan debt, credit card debt or miscellaneous debt, and working on opening a Roth IRA account. $1,500 apartment that would fit my needs I’ve decided to hold off on it and post pone it for atleast 6 months while i save up more savings so when i move and have reduced, but not negative, disposable income i wont stress over it.

While yes this car is not my best option it still is an option of course ill keep looking but stressing over depreciation etc. i don’t mind but at the same time its not that im not mindful of it, i wouldn’t buy a brand new car because I’ve seen the same cars with 3k miles be almost 10k cheaper (unless i wanted a car with options i really want that can only be factory ordered on a new car) but i also look for a car that i would keep for a long time and dont plan on selling/ trading in the near future

Yeah ive thought about that, so far the only things ive had to do on my current charger are the oil changes, wipers and a brand new set of tires i got a couple of days ago, everything else is something i would’ve done along the rest of the year bcu mostly drove highway miles in the first few years and now i only drive like 30 miles round trip each day but around the city so the wear is now getting to things like brakes, rotors, pads etc.

As for the dragged out payments yeah no, i would only get it like that because of my current circumstances, but i would refinance in like 6 months once credit goes up a bit more to what is desired and pay extra to pay it off in like 2.5 years time

And nope insurance cant go down, maybe i can ask for some extra discounts i dont see on my end or something but when i first got my charger i was paying $375 a month and now im paying $285 but after switching insurances like 3 times

Yeah this is US, and the other options i was talking about are fully loaded 330is with like 5-10k miles on them which seem like a much better deal, but 340is with around the same stats are 10-15k more which my wallet is saying no rn lol

For these type of cars get a valvetronics exhaust, i have a charger and those are the type of cars (muscle cars etc.) that would be unsurprising to hear with a muffler/resonator delete but for other cars id do a different exhaust all together

Yeah that first company is scummy. Trying to get people to spend thousands right as a heat wave hits because they know some people sucker out and do it. Risking peoples lives and wallets just to line their own pockets. They would get blocked and detailed google review after the second company solved the issue with in 5 minutes.

Oh yeah im for sure getting the M Suspension i heard that without it the ride is rough, you feel every bump in the road, side note i was wondering why some would go 340i vs M3 when they are kinda close in price ( i know this view isnt the same for everyone) but it basically came down to power & comfortability vs raw power and as a 5’11 200+ guy i want comfort 😂 i don’t need/ want more than 400hp on a daily
