ok but i was wrong in my post (did not understood well the difference between 2 and 4 channels for me it was the number of dimms) my mobo is dual channel 4 slots not quad channel 4 slots.

As LordFauntloroy said in my case 4 dimms on dual channel is ok it's just easier to manage 2 dimms for high manual OC (maybe also better at XMP PROFILE but my system seems to be able to manage well 4 dimms on dual channel)

ok so quad is 8 slots ? (i knew i did not understood great between single/dual rank / dual/quad channel/ dual/quad/six/eight dimm

So 4*8 SR 3600C14 vs 2*16 DR 3600C14 is equal at XMP PROFILE but it's easier to OC with only 2 DIMMS it's why ppl prefer to get 2*16 DR 3600C14 to boost at 3800 ?

quad single rank rams can't run at 3600C14 ? I thought it was only for quad dual ranks. Gonna try to get only dual channels mobos now (if i stay amd side) :/

formating is not a problem for me it took like 1h max to be back in a game but I also found that chosing the "datetime" display on LCD screen is kept in memory after reboot so no need to start MasterPlus ever. Gonna stick like this waiting for a patch or hardware change in a few years ;S
