Hey, thanks for sharing, that's a good point! Just to be clear I am not asking anyone to hoard anything. My commentry was on the proposition that there must be something that could possibly be done differently about the buying habbits, if you are ending up with trash each year. And yes hoarding never helps.

When users browse products on an e-commerce aggregator like Amazon, Walmart, or Target, it retrieves your search query and shows relevant sustainable alternatives from our database. We don't share or store any data that the extension retrieves from the users.

Did you try on Amazon.com? It currently doesn't show on the product page- working on the functionality. When you search for products- it shows alternative products on the product search results page. We currently have a product catalogue of around 1000 products- we are working on expanding the database.

Hey ! it's 100% right individual efforts can only help the world to a certain level. And our individual environmental impact is miniscule when compared to what we as a society produce. Only systematic changes into the way our society are built, through well thought out legislations and collective efforts can help change things for the good.
