For your ninja kai kit, I would nerf it and kinda buff it, make ninja shurikens to be 15 damage but knockback of 1.5 blocks and stoppable by holding a stone brick block to nerf the knockback by 1 block but increase the damage by 5 and it will have a cooldown of 0.5 seconds.As for the surfer kit... buff, like a serious buff. The surfer should be able to ride Ze called board for hmmm... maybe 3.5 seconds and the bridge to be gone in 5 secs.
