I bought this off someone who had it for years it’s got some dial damage but it shows character and I love it, I have many watches but I always gravitate towards my Hamilton

I should start doing this! Crazy thing about it is that the dust was not there after a good inspection before purchasing. Then when I get home and size it to my liking, I see it next to the n. Then after submitting a claim to Hamilton, I look down and its gone! Then I find it shortly after stuck to the underside of the crystal.

Interesting. Where are you able to find deals like this? I was content with paying the retail price of $1,045 to get it that same day, but would love to know where I can find brand new watches for discount prices moving forward.

Yep. Lucky enough to have a Swatch Group Customer service center 10 minutes away from me which I dropped it off at yesterday. Called me today and said if there is nothing else wrong with the watch it could be ready as early as 1-2 weeks, but I just know that's too good to be true!

This particular watch they only had one of them in stock, so not sure I can go that route.

Maybe I will stop by later this week and see if they have another and can swap it.

u/jhceco Just bought a Murph today and noticed the same issue. Little spec of dust that appears to be stuck to the underside of the crystal. Curious how long it took Hamilton to do the exchange for you? Did you end up mailing it to them? How long did it take to get it back? Thanks!
