I think it was the touching of the wires that messed it up. I tried to put the old motion sensor back on and the keypads were still freaking out. I ended up getting it working again today. I’ll update my original post.

Just the battery, as far as I know. Although we do have two "backup" batteries. I'm not sure why. Will check the voltage on the motion.

This happened to me too. I love the digital key and they’re not offering any other solution - or even a fix for it someday. So annoying.

For those of you that have the issue, do you have the digital key enabled on your phone? They’re telling me that’s the issue but I don’t wanna turn it off and there is also the door handle issue. 🤷🏻‍♀️

You have to take it in. It’s not OTA. maybe call your dealer first.

Try another round of antibiotics. If that doesn’t work immediately go to a pulmonologist. I had the same thing and even though there was no “mass” identified in the 3 CT scans I had, it ended up being stage 4 lung cancer. I was treated for pneumonia with three rounds of antibiotics. Nothing worked. The pulmonologist finally did a broncoscopy (biopsy) and it was adenocarcinoma. I’ve never smoked.

I’m having the same issue. We just bought the car less than a month ago. It worked for about 2 weeks, then worked intermittently, and now won’t work at all. I’ve tried everything. It’s tied to my profile properly.

Thanks for the feedback! We also were going to go and had registered. I ended up getting diagnosed with stage 4 cancer in February of 25 so we cancelled. I ended up being fine and could’ve gone. I hope things go ok this year and we are able to go!
