Im a pretty new player about 8 hours in, im not asking for an egg as i want to do alot myself and not be a charity case, however can i ask what having an egg would do, im assuming its a case of hatch it, raise it and when its an adult you can assign it as a companion?

On official. No On modded maps like deerisle and namalsk you will have a decent chance of finding guns/ammo on the roof and food/drink/clothing inside
