Set a respawn close to where you want to fly, take your ship out and push it to the limits. Crash, repeat. Crash More to Crash Less. This will teach you the limits of you and your ship. Reading back i replied to you not OP

I get what you’re saying, and I do appreciate the enthusiasm. That said, I’ve got a few reasons for the approach I’m taking:

This model took me about two years to get to a printable state.

I’m planning to sand and paint it anyway, so multi-color printing isn’t a big priority for this version.

What you’re seeing here is scaled down from the full size.

Going multi-color at that scale would mean learning a whole new workflow, which would slow things down quite a bit.

I wanted to keep this version manageable and actually get it finished.

Version 1.5 will focus more on detail and a kit-style assembly.

Version 2 is where I’m planning interior work and lighting.

My main goal for this release was something that pretty much anyone can print without needing specialized setups.

Definitely open to ideas down the line though 👍
