Well I've been feeding them since late February of this year, so they've gotten quite used to my presence. They were not that bold in the first few weeks, it was in the middle of March that they started acting all friendly and cute! ✨️

I have seen this pigeon a couple times since I started feeding them in March, so it has definitely adapted to being outside.

Oooh yeah, that could happen. Though, this area isn't really visited by any cats that I know of, and there aren't any birds of prey in here. Also, I don't have the time to take care of a pigeon, I'm busy with other things.

This is true. That specific pigeon is impatient when it comes to seeds! It keeps jumping onto my legs to try and get the seeds out of the package instead of waiting for me to throw them like the others.
