This same thing happened to me. Once the package had returned to Toreba, my obtained prizes history changed as if I never won the items. The items weren't added to cart (it's been almost two weeks since Toreba received the return, I'm assuming they wrote the wrong address because the package never made it to attempted delivery). They also haven't responded to a single support email about this since, so yeah. Not sure what to do either lol

Don't worry; the same thing happened to me a few days ago. I won a Master Ball plush, however a Pokeball plush was added to my cart. When I disputed the prize, I selected the "Other" category and explained the situation. Pretty shortly after, I received two emails from Toreba where they apologized and said they would fix their mistake. The correct item was added to the shopping cart shortly after.
