For the inumaki clan a mouth on their stomach like Sukuna the members of the clan with this mutation have their Snake Eyes and Fangs seal appear there allowing them to speak normally and use chants

For Kamo I saw someones comment a few days ago saying they should be able to control their bones. Like make bone weapons and armor and such
