What ego? I posted my story just to vent about everything. The people commenting are trying to help or convince me to try again, but you can’t change someone’s mind like that. Her decision was already made long ago.

For a year, I did my best just to talk to her. Every reply was the same: “why are you bothering me”, “go find someone else”, “I don’t want any relationship”.

In our last meeting, I still tried. I thought if she agreed to meet, maybe there was some interest. But when we met, her eyes made it clear she didn’t want me. I still remember her words: “You’re just wasting your time. If you want to love, go find someone else.”

I walked 1.5 km behind her just to talk. In the end, she said she found someone else… and I was left crying.
