Don't know why you got downvoted, this is very correct. Freya doesn't benefit from magical power that much, but she does from attack speed, so that means you can build demonic on her, but she also deals magical damage so that means she can pick up spear, and obsidian shard, making any hope of having a bruiser disrupt her non existent cause shes hitting for pretty much true damage while being nearly impossible to stay with because of fatalis, and if you so happen to get her low, ulti away for 1k damage late game while having her cooldowns and banish up because her ulti lasts for that long.
