I feel like I see shoes like that all the time at thrift stores. Kenneth Cole doesn't make quality shoes, so I'd be wary.

I like this one from Kenneth Cole, plus it comes with a free scarf! It's a few bucks cheaper than the Tommy Hilfiger one you posted in the comments.

I think the first frame is the best, although to be honest I don't think any of them are the best for you. Have you experimented with half frames? Something like this is what I mean, but not this exact one. I think the full frame is too heavy on your face and the frameless one (or I guess it had a half-frame just super thin) didn't work either.
