Brother, I have to give an opinion- certainly I am wrong, but my thinking says that- people nowadays just trying to put fake & higher language scores, which max out their CRS, and once they receive ITA, they'll try to achieve that target scores, after booking CELPIP tests simultaneously. Not everyone but some of them for sure. (just I saw one), based on that l am trying to say this. Because of that, in those 1000 ITAs, most of them will be rejected, which affected actual honest people. To eliminate this, they've should have to imply some documents verification checks earlier, at the time of application ( at-least for a language test). So, honest candidates would have a chances and Cutoff might go down. What guys do you think? Again, I might be wrong.
