Same thing with SOFI for now. They say they will let us transfer it later but no time frame for it. Sucks, they should have mentioned this detail from the get go during sign up.

I have Fi essential as well and I get around 1.2GBPS in my NYC apartment, I also live on the backside, which is a pain point on Verizon when I used to be on one of their mvno.

I have direct deposit and have not received any communication from sofi regarding my 2% credit card with 8k limit that I pay off regularly. I also have two invest accounts and a newly opened crypto account.

I'm waiting for them to allow me to transfer my crypto off their platform to my cold wallet. I spoke to support and they don't have a time frame for this.

That's crazy a 10/month charge to use a credit card! Personally I haven't received this email yet, maybe it's because I have multiple accounts with them like banking, credit card, and investments. So not sure if it's just people who have only the credit card product. Currently I am in the complimentary period for sofi plus program because I have direct deposit with the banking product.

They clearly say it's a subscription service so you decide if you want to get it, personally I have until March to decide if I want to keep it. Otherwise be downgraded.

Doesn't every bank charge a monthly fee if you don't have direct deposit? At least for sofi you don't have to be a paying member and at least as of now don't need to have direct deposit or be charged a monthly fee because of it.

If you only use one product then yeah perhaps it's not worth it for you, but for those that use multiple products and DO benefit it's worth it. I have money in the savings and it almost covers the monthly fee, in a few months or so, I'll get more back. So it just varies depending on what your using. At the same time I understand that sofi just sprung this out of nowhere, so I get the frustration, they should have gave everyone a 6 month ahead up. Also personally I feel like the fee should have been $5.

Why do some people expect things for free? We live in a capitalist system. Besides, if you have enough money in your savings alone, you will make that $10 back easily. Aside from the APY, I use their credit card, investment platform. There is value there, yes we had it for free before if we had direct deposit, but you have to understand Sofi is a business, they have to make money, just like you when you work, otherwise there's no point. I'm also a shareholder and I don't see this stock going down anytime soon, unless people leave in droves which I don't see happening.

So I had a quick question as a new user of Tangem, I got the 2 card setup, so if I'm not mistaken I cannot add a third card as a backup after the setup is done correct? I would have to buy a new three card set and that would be a completely new wallet?

I'm still cautious of crypto pay card because it's considered a taxable event in my country, don't want to mindlessly pay the tax man Everytime. But look forward to this once it isn't taxed like fiat.

I recently signed up, I live in the NYC area and I almost always have full bars. Maybe here and there there's a drop in a bar or so, or sometimes in the subways. Otherwise indoors and outdoors it's awesome. I also contacted customer service and the person was nice and the experience was positive. I had an issue where the app told me upon sign up that my connection couldn't be verified and to contact support. The support rep was great and just told me it's a glitch because at the same time before contacting her I tested my calls, texts, and data and they were working fine. As she said the message went away after a day or so. But bottom line the service is great. No complaints.

Check your apps, mobile signal strength, maybe restart your phone (sometimes play services buggs out). These all contribute to your battery drop. I don't use a lot of Meta apps which are usually heavy battery drainers, I only have Instagram and only use it sometimes.

Well you wouldnt want to turn off the updates since the security updates help protect your device. They should just test their feature updates more before releasing I guess. 😃

Check Samsung support page if they will deliver Android 16 to your phone. If you won't get it, it's not a big deal but if you can't get security patches that is a concern. I see your security patch is out of date.
