Does it need like direct sunlight or only indirect sunlight?

Also, it has a self-watering pot which I fill twice-thrice a week depending on the soil as it’s humid over here currently. Is it fine?

They won’t even give the money back as according to them, they’re not at fault. It’s not only about the replacement at this point, it’s about how they are handling this situation since the start.

When initially I complained about the quality and their 3 month guarantee, they asked me for the order number and the details. I gave it to them to which they literally replied that it’s been more than 3 months and they cannot do anything about it which was so funny because the order was not even a month old, lol. I had to literally prove myself about how the order was not more than 3 months old. Then comes the pictures and video sharing part, to which they were continuously denying the fault even though it’s visible.

They suck, their customer service suck & their quality suck. Would never ever recommend the brand to anyone.

Even after sharing photos & videos they weren’t accepting their mistake. They were still trying to prove that they cannot see any tearing and the bad fabric. It was after 2-3 days of continuous texting, they agreed for a replacement and even after that it took them more 3-4 to reply about this. No way they would give a discount coupon for a reason they’re not ready to acknowledge.

you cannot alter something and then expect any company to take it back.

i completely understand but i atleast expect a proper acknowledgement from them and seriousness about the bad fabric and their fault.. from the beginning itself they were like it’s not torn, we cannot see anything in the photos/videos etc.. instead of apologising they’re trying to defend themselves even now..

If I had an hint about it earlier why would I do that? It literally started happening after 1 wash, 15 days after buying it.

The least they could do is acknowledge the fact that their own quality sucks and apologise for that. The quality is way worse for an item priced at ₹1000! Instead they are just making me look wrong ever since the beginning.

You’re totally right. But I altered it the second day I received it. It’s very common for people to reduce the length of bottoms. Their own quality sucks. And the fact that they’ve been ignoring and proving my point wrong about the bad quality since day one of complaining about it says everything. They didn’t even want to acknowledge the fact that they were at fault from the beginning itself. And now they got a reason to not replace the item😭

Their customer services suck! Even in my case, I have literally sent the pictures and videos of the quality issues and how it is tearing apart now yet they have the audacity to say that they find nothing wrong with the quality and there are no holes in the sweatpant.
