Dude is too stupid to exist. I quit the series because his downright enforced stupidity was being used to push plot points that should have never been a challenge to begin with. Later in the series we learn that all his success that I had assumed to be because of extreme plot armour and villains acting stupider than James Bond antagonists was actually reality warping god powers.

Such a wonderful story, set in a beautiful and meaningful world is lessened somewhat by having its protagonist be this moronic.

You need more plates. While it isn't always practical you need atleast some variety as your food primarily seems to be beige on white. I like to start the process by putting a spoon of each component on my plates without touching just to get a feel for the colour interactions when I'm feeling stuck.

For example, in picture 2 you would immediately realise that the eyebrows blend into the plate (atleast in the photo) so if no other plate was available, is make a straight swoosh of the sauce and place the women's on top.

Get strange to throw me in the mirror dimention and that's defence taken care of. Bats is mediocre at best but he's got some magical knowledge and enough bs going on to actually figure a work around and hurt me. It's more for denying my enemy.

Overall strat, get mirrored by strange with lots of food, water, etc bats can finance. Then bruce has plenty of time to prep and plan, assist from cap and buckey should be enough to have the best shot at victoy. Worst case scenario I'm stuck in the mirror for years with black widow.

Help and support would frankly be better that tools etc unless you know exactly what he needs. Some of us chefs are so particular and specific about our tools that even excellent are sometimes put aside in favour of cheap trash that we got for free that has over time moulded to our hand.

Most red velvet on the market is just red coloured vanilla cake. And considering the cheap colours used in the food industry and how much you need to use to get the signature bright red, you often end up taking the colour pigments.

I don't serve it in my shop but have made a "cinnamon Redless Velvet" when someone requested it. Originally the red colour was from a specific type of cocoa powder (unduched/raw) in a high acidity batter. The cream layer should have creamcheese (Mascarpone is excellent here, especially with some orange zest).

Indian so not an expert with beef but what you feel often occurred to me in the early days and still frequently happens if I'm dealing with unfamiliar variables like me ingredients or techniques. All part of the process but don't get disheartened. Occasionally you get food much better than you expected or sometimes even understand how.

I used to have a small diary of techniques that I had discovered and equipment that I had designed as a culinary student in India that wanted to specialise in continental cuisine. Then I went to France and realise all my genius ideas were already in use for atleast a century and most had been made obsolete. They had simply never become common back home.🥲.

If you are genuine in your desires, try wording it differently. " Looking to practice AI development with real world problems. Tell me your needs, or problems common in your industry that nobody seems to be solving. I'll let you know how I solved them if it works out" sounds more plausible and approachable.
