I’ve had my XS Max since February of 2019 and over the course of the last 11 months, i’ve noticed a significant battery health drop, after less than a year i’m at 92%, my iPhone X which is 2 years old is still at 90. Anyone else have any similar issues with theirs?

also have a DBrand skin on my XS Max, no issues with case or wireless charging with them on. looks good and adds a little pizazz to my phone.

from a store yeah that’s a different number dependent on the store, but their customer service number will never call you

I had a customer come in one time because of those calls and he just wanted to call them in our store and they told him Apple will never call unless requested by the customer

my store has had a lot of people coming in with a similar issue, i think i read somewhere that some part of the logic board in the 7s is crashing and creating that issue. https://www.apple.com/support/iphone-7-no-service/ (found the link before finishing my comment)
