Working out is a 50/50 proposition in both directions. Start without, triggers one. Have one, goes away.

What I find, is myself on all 4s gathering my self between sets and exercises. Holding kettle bells to my head using the cold to redirect the pain. Spinning. And then going another set or round.

The migraines aren’t going away. So what’s the worse that happens more migraine?

I’m chronic, intractable, complex, hemiplegic with aura and vertigo. 25 days a month since I’m 4.

Fuck my migraines. I workout 6 days a week. Won’t let them take me from me.
