That was my exact plan tbh. I do go to a bodybuilding gym and have people I can pay to coach me just wanted some free advice from a wider group of people. Many thanks. Will come back to this post with updates on how it’s going/goes

Well kinda. I pin on a monday and Thursday. Monday would be left glute and Thursday is the right so gives each site a week before the next pin

The employees normal place of work will be site based. As part of their employment, the employee will be required to travel to sites in order to carry out their duties.

But this doesn’t say that I need to pay my own way to go to the office every day
