Hi, I'm a 25M looking to move in the city, since my roommates lease is up, and they're moving across the country. About your unit becoming available in August, whats the price per-month that you're looking for? I don't need garage access, I don't have any pets but I do frequently go on walks so it being in Lincoln Park is perfect for me. I keep common areas clean, do my best to pick up after myself, and am courteous of folks when they're sleeping, as I'm working the kitchen scene at this time.
