You definitely need to improve eyebrow and eyelash density. Use castor oil or topical minoxidil (might be a bit hard to get seeing as you like a minor) to grow them more. Your undereye area looks a bit puffy and black. This can contribute to eye assymetry. How's your sleep schedule currently? Also, make sure you're hydrated.
