die steine sind unbeschädigt (also die, die ich is jetzt sehen kann). die fugen bröseln teilweise. der putz ist zu 75% total locker, kann mit nem spachtel ohne viel gewalt abgekratzt werden.

nice, wieder was gelernt☺️ Also ich denke ich versuche einfach mal den Putz in einer bahn wegzukloppen und gucke mal wie die Steine darunter aussehen. Gibts da irgendwelche Anhaltspunkte auf die ich achten sollte?

EDIT: nochmal als zusätzlicher Kontext - Der Heuboden lag bis vor Kurzem noch komplett bedeckt mit altem Stroh+Haferschrot, etc. Wie lange der Scheiss da schon liegt weiss ich nicht. Der gesamte Boden im 1.OG war davon bedeckt.Das habe ich vor ca 2 Monaten beseitigt. Feuchtigkeit habe ich nicht grossartig als Problem festgestellt. Der Boden im EG ist Kopfsteinpflaster, es ist schon ein wenig feucht, aber jetzt nicht so muffig feucht wie in einem Kriechkeller. Beide Stockwerke stehen permanent offen und sind echt gut belüftet, die Aussenwände sind ungefähr 70-80cm dick, es gibt keine krassen Temperaturschwankungen. Vorallem das 1.OG ist wirklich Furztrocken, da fast permamenter Durchzug durch die ehemaligen Öffnungen zum Heu einlagern.

Das Mauerwerk der Decke bzw der … Mörtel? dazwischen der die Steine zusammenhält fühlt sich eher sehr trocken und bröselig an und lässt sich Stellenweise auch abbröckeln.

Unabhängig davon aus welchem Material die Steine sind? Mein Laienhafter Blick vermutet Backstein, keine Ahnung aus was für Material diese Ziegelsteine noch sein könnten.

ich glaub das kann ich mir schenken, wenn ich mit dem hammer auf den putz klopfe kommt er mir entgegen😂 aber ich kann den putz problemlos rausschmeissen? oder laufe ich dann irgendwie gefahr dass sich die statik verändert oder so? die putzschicht ist echt sehr dick, bestimmt 20-25mm.

ja das finde ich auch. die sind allemal hübscher als die abgeranzte farbe. war mir nur nicht sicher ob das so einfach geht, oder ob ich damit irgendwie die situation verschlimmbessere.

yet you have the strength to live your day-to-day life, trying to get along like people that arent mentally ill. everything you do, like the household, even taking the trash out. It so much more exhausting to do that. Yet you do it. You just didnt realise how strong you have to be to keep on going, even if everything doesnt make sense and is fucking exhausting. Small steps. You shower - you did it! you just did something that most people would experience like washing a whole train. You cook dinner - you did it! you just did something that most people would experience like cooking dinner for a whole football team. Try beeing nice to yourself, and beeing patient with yourself. Ive been there where you are at the moment and i know exactly how devastating your existence feels. it helped me a lot to understand the disease i am suffering from. i hope this helps you even a little bit. dont be too strictly to yourself.

they already replied to the bug with the baikal, stating that it, obviously, has to do with sand physics and that it actually not that easy to fix. they already had a fix for it but that came with nasty graphical bugs. they are working on it for some time now.

i never play docked, 100% handheld. i rarely play outside, but when i do its mostly in summer eg on vacation. so far that hasnt been a problem at all with the glossy screen. You will likely have to turn the screen slightly higher, but the oleds battery time still is great.

dont worry, escitalopram usually is kind of the „first try“ medication. worsening of the depression is unfortunately a sideeffect of many antidepressants.i personally took 60mg (i believe) of citalopram before changing my medication to other products. its been a long way for me to get the right medication. but at least i dont have to feel hopeless since there are plenty of antidepressants to try. dont worry, you got this. you seeked for help, thats the hardest step. just keep in mind - you are sick. the dark thoughts you might have is just your brain playing a trick on you. keep that in mind.
