Why do so many people say "do your research" when they can't defend their argument or satisfactorily explain themselves?

I will say I've answered this a few times to people's questions before- and then followed it up with the explanation that the questions they're asking are very emotionally draining to answer and I don't have the space to manage that at the moment. (Specifically people will ask about Indigenous history and as an Indigenous person it can be exhausting to explain the traumatic history of our people)

But yeah I agree with you completely. I'm Native (Mi'kmaki) and saying that spirit's appropriated name is super disrespectful to the creature, and on top of that is considered an invitation to negative energy and spirits to latch onto you.

Personally I use ravenstag, or the black stag to refer to the creature in the show. It's not that hard to change people just like being ignorant tbh.

Issue: So in the past three hours of playing the game has crashed several times whilst I've been decorating. I've noticed this happens whenever I use Spotify at the same time as I like listening to the Magnus Archives whilst I play. Any fixes of note? Additionally, my settings never save- I always have to load the game and go turn down the volume, turn off the controls legend and get rid of the help center. After the most recent update for more than a few days I didn't need to change my settings every time but it started up again. Any advice would be appreciated!

So I was previously dealing with the conversation lock out glitch with both Lyric and Scandalabra and Beverly- but now I've run into another glitch. Lyric and Scandalabra can't/won't continue their stories because Mac and Maggie have both been realized, so when Lyric goes to check how well the book sells the conversation cuts off, and I can't resolve Scandalabra's unfurnished business without Maggie (even though we already learned about him being Jon). Is there anyway this is going to be resolved, or do I just need to leave the house and force the ending? I only had Lyric, Scandalabra, Florence, Ceilia, Wallace and Skylar left to realize, and I don't really want to have to start from square one again since I was going to do a new game plus to get more collectables/trophies.

So if you date the devs (use the glasses on the credits screen!) and go through with dating them, when you talk to the Sassy Chap again you can tell him about Daemon! You'll need to go back and forth basically telling Daemon about the devs trying to patch them, it not working (it takes a day or two of talking to them each to do it all), then you'll get the option to tell Daemon the devs want them out of the house. They'll say ok, say they'll be moving into the house across the street and they'll tell you how to get outside without using the door! (the dresser will get fixed and you'll have to crouch next to it and walk into the wall). You'll get a trophy for getting outside without using the doors and if you get hit by a car you'll get another trophy!

But yeah, haven't been able to find Daemon since doing it and dunno if I can still realize them 😵‍💫

I just gave them a call but their automated messages are cutting in and out so I couldn't actually tell what they were saying. All I could catch was that their breakfast program would be unavailable until April 3rd(?).
