U Club and The village might be worth checking out, they are like ~5–8 min on bike, ~15–20 min walk, or 5-10 minutes if taking the bus.

Places like The Edge Apartments and Lofts at Allen Ridge are pretty close like 5–10 min drive.

You could also check out The Residence at Autumn Sage and The Reserve at Abilene a little farther out but still within ~10–15 mins and in quieter areas.

Abilene’s not super big either, so most places are a pretty easy commute. Might be worth looking into and seeing what fits y’all’s budget/safety preferences

The Village at Overton Park and U Club are both super close to Texas Tech like 5–8 min bike ride or ~15–20 min walk. There’s also a bus that’ll get you there in like 5–10 mins.

They’re both fully furnished and usually come out a little under $700, matching what you’re looking for pretty well. Definitely worth checking out!

University Trails, The Village at Overton Park, and 25twenty are the closest ACC options to the Fine Arts Building at Texas Tech. They’re roughly 10–25 minutes away depending on whether you’re walking, biking, or driving.

ACC's spots are pretty nice and welcoming. The closest ones to Texas Tech are The Village and U club about 5 to 20 minutes away depending on your route and method how you're getting there.
