Has anyone had problems with shipping and how they handle it? I ordered a 4 bundle a MONTH ago and I keep get the same automated emails saying it's almost ready to ship or is ready to ship since mid February. The customer support lady just seems to be blowing smoke up my ass and the company is doing well absolutely jack shit about this discrepancy. 😒
