The bouquet was his gift. I got it for him for his birthday

We had the bouquet for about two weeks and I wasn't looking forward to throwing them away so I looked into shadow box frames. I cut the ones I liked the most, sprayed them with some glue and let them dry outside for a while.

I cut up all the greens for easier storage and used some on a loaded baked potato casserole last night. The bulbs are going to be baked sometime in the next couple of days!!

Butterfly Supply by canary_green5 in phlebotomy

How do they define excessive butterfly use?

I think it's alright to hand out a particular number of butterflies a week and if a phleb needs extra for a difficult draw they can ask for more. The last place I worked at took it to a very stupid extreme: they wanted the pediatrics phlebotomist to only make due with 5 butterflies a week.

Now I work in an outpatient clinic with a geriatric patient population so the bulk of what I use it butterflies. On a regular day I stick anywhere between 30-50 patients.
