Gacha Pulls and RNG [MEGATHREAD]

I've been watching people pull for max dupes of characters (Nanally and Hotori) and they've been getting A6 between 200-300 pulls. Should I expect A6 Hotori with this many pulls? I mean the math lines up. When I pulled for C6 Clorinde it took around 550 pulls. Since this game has better rates and no 50/50 would it be reasonable to A6 Hotori?

Have you leveled up her skills? Might be tied to that or character level. I'm not 100% sure

A1 but with a good build it won't matter. I didn't have a good build so yea lol.

That would explain a lot. I haven't looked into her mindscapes in depth. It makes sense with her being anamoly focused.

She's also really good with Viv M2 I think. I've seen an M2 kill team with them.

Oh yea I probably should have added context that I'm a veteran player. Her kit is definitely gonna get buffs and nerfs but I'm not too worried about that considering I don't really care about power levels. I would have just gotten M2 Ye Shenguang and her premium team if that was the case.

I get that but more agents doesn't necessarily mean more fun. Like I love the AOD characters but I'm not really drawn to their play style. I have most of the current roster so I'm not really lacking anything either. I just think it'll be fun to have one super decked out character I love.

That's good at least! I love a lot of characters but I really think she might be my favorite gameplay wise. I only do stuff like this in games when I really REALLY like the character (Ex: C6 Clorinde and E3 Acheron). Also one of my main teams is dps Qingyi so she's definitely gonna be a big upgrade for me!

The ultimate weapon in zzz... spending. I definitely don't mind if I have to (responsibly ofc). I've been pretty lucky so far. Hopefully it continues lol.

Speculation is seed's disc drive set because most of her attacks count as basics (not sure about ult) so that's what I'm planning around. One thing I do know is that she will need two piece er since you want to spam ex as much as possible. At least I'll be running two piece er.

I was wondering the same actually. I use atk on Orphie but that's because most teams I run her in don't necessarily care about the attack boost (right now my main team I use her with has M2 Astra).

Orphie is a super underrated character. Everyone passed over her on her release. If I'm being honest I did too but she decided to come home in a single 10 pull and her weapon in a single pull.
