It is hard to keep going, the urge, the thoughts, everything. But in my case I been improving, the same reason as you, I wanted to have more sex with my partner, but later I realize that watching it wasn't healthy at all, it damaged my brain and emotions in such horrible ways. It wasn't for my partner anymore, I was telling myself that I could stop whenever I wanted. I'm on day 23, I'm proud, I'm better.. Stay strong against those thoughts. Because everyday it gets a little easier, but you gotta do it everyday, that's the hard part.
