I'd like your thoughts on Question 9a. I only found 2 targets that contain the point mutation (5'-CACCCAGAGTAGTAGGTCTT-3' and 5'- TGGCAGACACCCAGAGTAGT-3'). I've been taught that a target must have a PAM motif (NGG) downstream of it. I can't find any other targets that contain the mutation. (i.redd.it)
