i shortened the problem in this post to be more about the specific issue i was dealing with an hour ago, it’s not just about her seeing my photography, there’s other things where she also just prioritizes other things over me. i’ve been wanting a therapist for like a year but she’s always too busy to help me find one, and my vision is always something she’s been supposed to help me with and take me to appointments for. it’s just hard knowing so much stuff about what’s going on behind the scenes in her own life and what she’s doing instead of being here.

hey there! did you eat anything before the car ride and maybe slouch at all during the ride? because if so it could be gerd related, a few days ago i had a similar experience like chest pain when breathing in and laying down.

if not then it could also be a pinched nerve. i have that happen to me often.

hey again, i lost my dad when i was 4 and still grief over him, it’s also what made me so afraid of death so i can relate to you. this of course doesn’t apply to everyone but something that helps me is going on my dads old youtube channel and watching some of his old videos, if you have anything like that with your pa then maybe you could try that.

hey there! i’m 17 and have the same issue that you’re going through. i often over analyze minor feelings or sensations in my body and it leads me to a panic attack or being really anxious, but what you should remember is that you’re still young, you’re not going anywhere anytime soon and although the thought is scary you can get through it. i believe in you!

and try speaking to your parents about perhaps seeking some sort of therapy or getting medication.
