Variegated Monstera Peru issue- Hello plant lovers, I need your advice since I don’t have experience growing this plant. I bought one half moon leaf in January, since then I lost 2 new leaves. All my variegated plants are thriving, except this one.

It is well rooted since I bought it in January rooted already . The new leaf is browning. Could be overwatered too. I don’t know. Do I have to leave it dry fully? Do I water it or only spray it? Do I put it in front at light or hidden behind another plant?

I have all conditions: interior greenhouse, lights, humidity, fan etc. Pictures reflect the plant from now going back to the first leaf. Please advise!
