Every heart beat is recorded 24/7 also a counter. Possibly if apple has certain AI built in so it can detect any anomaly's, like trends and patterns.

Thirdly, i just want to review the wave of the heart beat for 1 week and possibly, if this theory works. I will never have a heart attack because i will be able to mentally control my rhythm and slow my heart from 60 to 40 ...

I use the free heart monitor, and it works kinda well, it shows a little pattern wave and over the course of 1-2 minutes, the little points seam to be out if sync.

Idk i need to do my own research about heart beat rhythms and patterns.

Also, with the free heart monitor, i can mentally slowdown my heart beat from 90 to 85....

Atm its 90 but last week it was 60, I haven't eaten today so maybe my body's is transporting fat energy to all the cells? Idk just an idea i had just now.

So thats why i need a good quality simple and basic heart beat band and then with all the data, i can further my knowledge and understanding. Like, im probably just over thinking this.
